Erich D. Priebe is a trial attorney with JSC Legal, specializing in medical malpractice, personal injury litigation, criminal defense, and agricultural law. A native of Sumner, Iowa, Erich earned his undergraduate degree in Philosophy with minors in Economics and Ethics from the University of Northern Iowa and his law degree from the University of Iowa in 2014.

Erich has extensive trial experience as both a civil litigator and a former prosecutor with the Black Hawk County Attorney's Office. He is admitted to practice in Iowa's state district courts and federal courts, and he is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association, the Black Hawk County Bar Association, and the Iowa Association for Justice.

In addition to his legal practice, Erich is a fourth-generation farmer, living and working on his family farm in Bremer County, Iowa. He leverages his farming background to address the agricultural law needs of fellow farmers.

During law school, Erich served on the Journal of Corporation Law editorial board, participated in trial and appellate moot court competitions, and practiced criminal law as a Student Legal Intern at the University of Iowa Legal Clinic. Outside of work, Erich enjoys playing music, spending time with his wife and two sons, and working on the family farm.
